Surgery Day

Lil man had tubes and a scope done yesterday morning. So I dreamt all night we were going to be late... I wake up and it's sun light out.. We both slept through the 2 alarms. Anyways took a 5 min shower and made a cup of coffee and we were on our way. While we were checking in, we ran into our friends and their little one who would be on the same floor as us.. So they take lil man in at 9am and we watch the screen to track his progress.. The dr comes and finds us and says he's done! The TV didn't even say so.. He said things went great and he's in recovery and we could go back soon. He got the tubes in place and found his voice box is swollen. He thinks it's from reflux and gave us some reflux meds. Jay had 6oz of sugar water in recovery and another bottle of formula before we left the hospital.
